For freelancers, the first data from the Upwork platform seems to answer in the affirmative (and a similar analysis from Fiveer confirms the trend).
It is particularly interesting to observe some radical changes following the adoption of ChatGpt:
increase for video,
and decline in writing and translation.
➡️ For activities with lower percentages, it is probably more difficult to identify what results from the natural growth of the freelance market versus what is actually the effect of ChatGpt & co.
➡️ For the 'Customer Service' part, it's intriguing: does this mean that many companies have already implemented chatbots for their customers?
